M1969 daily uniform of a signals / radio communications lieutenant colonel, late 1980s. The tunic is made from very fine olive gabardine with black felt collar tabs featuring the Soviet armed forces signal troops insignia. The shoulder boards have red piping and two golden stars for the rank of lieutenant colonel. The trousers have red piping along the leg and some small traces from wear. There is no ribbon bar mounted but there are traces from a pinback ribbon bar. The wearers right shoulder board allows for the shoulder strap from the belt to pass underneath. The visor cap is a high quality 43TsepK cap with some smaller wear.
The size of the uniform is about 52-4 (US40-42) and the visor cap is size 56-57. The shirt and tie, belt and holster are not included.
