• Important! These terms apply to both on-site sales at this site as well as on-line auctions held by Soviet-Uniforms.com

• As we are not necessarily experts on the item(s) being auctioned/sold, all verbiage, title and description of the item(s) listed is our opinion as a layperson (non-expert) only. If you have any doubts, questions or concerns about any item(s) description, picture(s), do not buy nor bid without consulting (asking advice from) an expert first. By buying, or bidding in case of auction format sale, you agree to personally accept our opinion as accurate and final. All items offered for sale by Soviet-Uniforms.com and associates (or any alias used) are secondhand unless otherwise specified. We sell these items "AS IS" with little or no restoration. Products listed as accessories are not in all cases included with the item itself. Every attempt is made to disclose condition but not every scratch, dent, mark, crack, rip, etc, can be noted. This used condition is reflected in our pricing. Unless otherwise agreed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Shipping costs are non-refundable and any return shipments should be paid for by the customer.

• When entering a bid on an online auction held by Soviet-Uniforms.com or its associates on a third party auction site or auction house, you personally declare and certify that you have read, understand, accept and agree to follow (adhere to) not only the terms set forth here but also to the rules, guidelines, terms and conditions set forth by the third party auction house or site.

• Shipping costs are not included in the prices, unless otherwise stated. The buyer (or winning bidder) agrees to pay actual charges for airmail, but upon request and addition of additional payment (if necessary), other types of shipping can be used. Any changes in transportation or shipment should be asked for in advance (= before purchase/bid). When an item has been handed over to the carrier ("shipped"), Soviet-Uniforms.com assumes no further responsibility for the goods.

• A shipment that is not claimed by the buyer and that is consequently returned to us by the carrier will be held by us for one (1) month from the date of the return, after which the item will be considered abandoned and property of Soviet-Uniforms.com. The customer may request a new shipment, which must then be paid in full together with any fees that may have incurred. No refunds will be made if a package is returned. If the delivery address is correctly given by the buyer but is mis-written by us and the delivery has failed for that reason, the re-shipment will be paid by us.

• Payment is to be made by PayPal, Wire transfer, Western Union or cash. Purchases paid through these methods are usually shipped within the three next business days. International bank checks and Money Orders are also accepted, but item(s) may be held for 10 business days until the drafts have cleared.

• At time of purchase, you certify that you have read, understand and unconditionally agree to all of the above stated terms regarding the shipment and receipt of said item(s).
